Yes! Every Taco-Nacho-Salad Bar includes Jalapeno Hot Sauce and our Signature Dang Sauce. Other sauces are available upon request.

Our caterings are sized in multiples of 10!

10 people is the minimum number required for a Taco-Salad-Nacho Bar. However, 30 people is the minimum for buffet style (warming stands, burners, etc)
We will serve as many people as desired, with no maximum.

Yes, we offer drop off service where we will bring the food to your location (you set up your Buffet).
We also offer a Delivery and Setup Service (we set up your Buffet on site).

Yes, our “Premium & All Inclusive Service” includes the following;
Staff servicing the Buffet Line (up to 90 minutes serve time)
Removing plates from tables
Tearing down Buffet Line
Covering your leftovers and placing in proper refrigeration (if provided)
Cleaning up and bringing our equipment back to Mitchell’s

Yes! We charge a $ 2.75 mileage fee (round trip) for deliveries.
We also require a set up fee. The following is our set up fee Schedule
30-100 people $40
110-150 people $50
151+ people $60
There is also an additional charge for our “Premium & All Inclusive Service” of 18% of total bill.

Yes, There is a 100-300 dollar (depending on your invoice total) non-refundable deposit to hold your date. This amount will be deducted from the total bill. If for some reason the catering is no longer needed, the deposit will not be refunded.

We will email your invoice, which can be paid online. You can also write a check or pay cash before your invoice due date.

We have found that Graduation parties are quite different than typical caterings.
Therefore, we offer a specific small bites option.
